Ink Robin was a storybook app company that I started in 2011 with my Tiny Truths creative partner Jo Rivard. I oversaw the entire production and acted as creative director for each project. Jo and I co-wrote and created the content, then I would storyboard all the illustrations and interactions for the artist we had hired to draw the book. I art directed the illustrators and the developers as well as putting together all of the audio sound effects, music and narration. In the end, we made 12 original, highly interactive books for mobile devices. (and one print book with Egmont in the UK.) We've also licensed 8 of the books to Manuvo in Columbia where they have been translated into Spanish and put online for libraries in Columbia, Mexico and Peru with plans to expand to all of Latin America.

tiny truths: A few years before my creative partner Jo and I made the Tiny Truths Illustrated Bible and our follow up Tiny Truths: Wonder & Wisdom, we made three interactive Bible storybook apps. Having released nine apps into the sea of general kid's content available for mobile devices, we decided to change our strategy and create a new series that was a little more niche. Those three apps were a part of an ongoing faith based series intended for a huge and surprisingly under served market. Our goal was to take the sensibility and humour of our other books and combine it with a message that matters to millions of parents.

As well as my usual production responsibilities I also illustrated these books.
